MIUI 9 Global Stable ROM

Dear MIUIers,
It has been three months since the first MIUI 9 Global Beta ROM was released on 27th July. And on 2nd, November, 2017, MIUI 9 Launch Event was held in New Delhi, India. Many of the users have been eagerly waiting for the release of MIUI 9 Global Stable ROM over the past three months. And here comes the big news: MIUI 9 Global Stable ROM are now rolling out!
